			Garden View Queen Bed ~ The Lodge, Room C  - $145 per night (*$115 per night) Smaller room with a queen bed and garden view. (Exterior entrance - 2nd Floor)
			Garden View King Studio ~ The Lodge, Room F - $170 per night (*$140 per night) Large room with a king bed and sitting area. Room features a wet bar and has garden views. (Exterior entrance - ground floor)
			Garden View King Studio ~ The Lodge, Room A   -  $180 per night (*$150 per night) Large room with a king size bed and sitting area.  Room features a wet bar and has garden and forest views.  (Exterior entrance - 2nd Floor)
			River View Queen Studio ~ The Inn, Room 22  - $200 per night (*$170 per night) Room features a queen bed and sitting area, river view with private balcony. (Interior entrance - 3rd Floor - ramp available to 2nd Floor)
			River View Queen Studio ~ The Inn, Room 24 - $200 per night (*$170 per night) Room features a queen bed and sitting area, river view with private balcony.(Interior entrance - 3rd Floor - ramp available to 2nd Floor)
			River View Queen Studio ~ The Inn, Room 26  - $200 per night (*$170 per night) Room features a queen bed and sitting area, river view with private balcony.(Interior entrance - 3rd Floor - ramp available to 2nd Floor)
			River View Deluxe King Studio ~ The Lodge, Room D  -  $215 per night (*$185 per night) Large end room with a king size bed plus sitting area.  This room has a wall of windows with a full river view & private balcony with chairs.  Enhanced amenities include coffee maker and bathrobes. (Exterior entrance - 2nd Floor)
			River View Deluxe Queen Studio ~ The Inn, Room 20   -  $235 per night (*$205 per night) Large corner room with queen bed and sitting area.   Room features a spectacular river view and two private balconies--one small and one large with table and cushioned chairs.  Enhanced amenities include coffee maker, bathrobes,  vaulted ceiling & ceiling fan. (Interior entrance - 3rd Floor - ramp available to 2nd Floor)
			River View Deluxe King Studio ~ The Lodge, Room G  -  $235 per night (*$205 per night) Large end room with a king size bed and sitting area.  This room has a wall of windows with a full river view and large private deck with table and cushioned chairs.  Enhanced amenities include coffee maker and bathrobes.(Exterior entrance - ground floor)

• 9% Sonoma County occupancy tax is not included in the rate
• Reservations require first night deposit on credit card
• 14 day cancellation notice required for deposit refund (some events or multiple night/room bookings may require an extended cancellation policy or no-cancel policy)
• $25 processing fee per room for any other cancellation prior to the 14 day cancellation notice
• Well behaved owners may accompany their small dogs for $15 each plus a $50 refundable cleaning deposit per pet, at proprietor's discretion
• Some holidays and festival weekends may require longer stay at the description on the hotel management)

• Weekends over a Saturday night during the months of May through September may require a three or two night stay. This policy is often relaxed as indivudal roooms become available. Please call for possible dates.
